Ms. Merkle-Zäch sold a somewhat dated but charming apartment in Riehen for us. The consultation and support included property valuation, advertisement management, advice and organization during the clearance, partial renovation (painting work, parquet work), conducting all viewings, and contacts with interested parties and buyers. We were very satisfied with the entire process and the professional, very friendly, and accommodating advice and organization provided by Ms. Merkle-Zäch. We were regularly informed about the status. We had Ms. Merkle assist us with the clearance and sale of our parents' house. Ms. Merkle organized the clearance perfectly and always gave us the necessary time to decide what we wanted to keep and what we wanted to part with. She supported and advised us throughout this process. The contact and transport to the auction houses went smoothly. We had nothing to do with everything. Ms. Merkle handled this competently and to our absolute satisfaction in consultation with us. Regarding the sale, she selected the sales channels, wrote the listing with photos, and personally showed the property to potential buyers. In a short time, thanks to Ms. Merkle's efforts, the property was sold. We can highly recommend Ms. Merkle as a real estate agent. Her positive, friendly demeanor and her competent expertise make her a perfect partner for the sale or purchase of a property. Of course, the organization of the clearance should also be highlighted.
