In Biel/Zürich absolvierte ich die Ausbildung zur diplomierten Marketing- und Kommunikationsleiterin und später in Lenzburg zur Immobilienvermakterin SVIT. Es folgten berufliche Stationen im In- und Ausland, u.a. in Zürich, Davos und New York. Seit mehr als 26 Jahren lebe ich wieder in Riehen, zusammen mit meiner Familie.

We had a great experience working with Silvia. She was always available to visit the house with us and to answer the many questions we had throughout the process of buying our house in Bettingen. This was our first time buying a house in Switzerland, so we felt a bit lost about the process, but she guided us and stayed with us through every step, making the experience much easier. Our house needed a full renovation, and Silvia had great ideas and excellent taste for the changes she recommended. Overall it was a great experience, and I would fully recommend working with her.
Ms. Merkle-Zäch sold a somewhat dated but charming apartment in Riehen for us. The consultation and support included property valuation, advertisement management, advice and organization during the clearance, partial renovation (painting work, parquet work), conducting all viewings, and contacts with interested parties and buyers. We were very satisfied with the entire process and the professional, very friendly, and accommodating advice and organization provided by Ms. Merkle-Zäch. We were regularly informed about the status.
