Real Estate Agencies in Vicques (2824)

We sincerely thank Ms. Simona Lindenmann for her efforts in purchasing our dream home in Fahrwangen. We were drawn to our dream property by the highly appealing sales documentation of the development "Viva Verde." We were able to visit various raw constructions of this development. Additionally, Ms. Lindenmann organized a viewing appointment for us with the owners of a completed single-family home in this development. This gave us the opportunity to gather valuable impressions, which significantly eased our purchasing decision. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting that Ms. Lindenmann and the architect from Stadelmann Stutz AG form a very well-coordinated team. We can highly recommend Ms. Lindenmann.

With the solid experience and professional approach, the sale of the apartment was handled quickly and successfully. As stated in the brokerage contract, we were always informed about all steps and accompanied from A to Z - up to the signing at the notary and the handover of the apartment to the buyer. Everything went wonderfully and on time. We owe great thanks to Sascha Saxer from Saxer Immo for his extremely serious and reliable work.

I supported a family in the purchase of a condominium. The collaboration with Ms. Haas was extremely professional, reliable, and pleasant from start to finish. She impressed with her high level of expertise, her transparent communication, and her great commitment. Questions were always answered promptly and understandably, and the entire purchasing process was competently accompanied. Particularly noteworthy are her friendly demeanor, her availability, and her sensitivity to the individual needs of the buyers. I felt very well cared for throughout the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Haas. Thank you for the excellent support and the trusting collaboration.

Very pleasant and professional contact. The company Predio - Real Estate sold my property to my complete satisfaction. In the event of a future sale, I would always consider Predio - Real Estate again. In this sense, I can highly recommend Predio Immobilien GmbH.

We were well accompanied for the purchase of our property.

Competent support, quick, reliable, and all requested appointments kept. Desired price exceeded. The entire sales process was excellent. Notary, land registry, payments, everything handled perfectly. I can only recommend Signum AG with a clear conscience👍😃

Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction. She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.

The decision to hand over the sale of our apartment to the company Remo Wyss was a good one. Even the submitted offer was enough to establish a basis of trust. The discussions and agreements were very professional and friendly. All promises and deadlines were met. We are completely satisfied and can recommend the Wyss company. Jean and Maja Perret

Ms. Linder was friendly, committed, and competent; she took care of all our concerns/questions promptly. During the viewings, we always had enough time, and the handover went smoothly and harmoniously. We can recommend Ms. Linder at any time!

We are completely satisfied with our house sale! We were excellently taken care of and always thoroughly informed at every step. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for that. Lasiba can be recommended with a clear conscience! Marie-Louise and Edi Perrenoud
