The company Saxer took over the management of our property with six apartments and three owners in 2014. The implementation costs were fully charged. In 2026, Saxer terminated the management mandate. From my personal experience, the support was unfortunately insufficient over a long period. Announced and contractually agreed deadlines were repeatedly not met. For example, a meeting protocol was supposed to be delivered within a week, but it was still not available even after 40 days. We also received the annual statement only several months after the agreed date. As a reason for the delay, among other things, missing external heating cost statements were cited. Later, it became clear to me that the relevant documents had apparently been with Saxer since January. These contradictory information and the lack of transparency significantly impaired my trust. While central tasks for our property remained undone or were executed with significant delays, at the same time, a new company appearance and a change of logo took place. This gave me the impression that priorities were not set in the interest of the existing clientele. The statement was ultimately still created – hence two stars. Overall, however, I did not feel reliably supported as a customer. Due to my personal experiences, I unfortunately cannot recommend this management.
