In May 2025, we purchased a house together with Ms. Mernica and, in retrospect, we are really glad that we met her. We originally became aware of her through the 3D representation in the listing, which gave us such a good first impression that we decided to view the house at the open house. She took a lot of time for us, answered all our questions calmly, and allowed us to visit the house multiple times, even on a Sunday.
