Very satisfactory service, good and competent advice. Smooth handling of the sale.

I bought a property from Marc Rosser, and I want to highlight the exceptional quality of his support throughout the process. From the very beginning, he was extremely accommodating and adapted to my availability, whether late in the evening or on holidays. This flexibility demonstrates a true sense of service and a rare commitment. Marc has excellent technical mastery. He was able to explain every aspect of the property with precision, including the flaws, which he justified in a transparent and professional manner. This honesty and clarity made me feel confident, which is invaluable when purchasing real estate. Beyond his skills, Marc is a very friendly, warm, and attentive person. One gesture particularly touched me: he planted a tree to symbolize the sale. A meaningful gesture that perfectly reflects his human and respectful way of working. I highly recommend Marc Rosser. His professionalism, availability, and human dimension make him a seller of rare quality. Thanks to him, the purchase of this property went smoothly and with confidence.

Ms. Polana handled the sale of our condominium extremely professionally and with great commitment. The entire collaboration was a true worry-free package for us. She accompanied the sales process from A to Z exemplary, independently initiated all necessary steps, and always kept us informed in a timely and comprehensive manner. We particularly appreciated that the initiative always came from her. We never had to follow up, inquire, or initiate individual steps – Ms. Polana always had everything in view and reliably took care of the entire process. This allowed us to fully rely on her professional work. We experienced the collaboration as exceptionally pleasant, competent, and trustworthy, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Polana.

The following comments apply to Mr. Schneider and equally to Ms. Kadanik. For us, the purchase went smoothly. Mr. Schneider and Ms. Kadanik were always available promptly for questions and provided competent information. The only negative point: there were some ambiguities in the exposé, but since we received the documents before the actual publication, this is excusable. Communication with both was always pleasant and friendly. We are satisfied and happy customers.

Frai Stampfli and her team are great. Very nice, accommodating, patient, competent, and our house was sold very quickly. The service was excellent and I am absolutely satisfied with the Stampfli company. I can recommend them 100%. Thank you for everything.
