We were well accompanied for the purchase of our property.

We had the pleasure of being accompanied by Julien Gogniat during the purchase of our apartment, and we highly recommend him. Julien was always very responsive and present for us. At the slightest question or concern, he did not hesitate to directly contact the relevant parties (architect, seller, companies, etc.), which greatly facilitated the process. He also demonstrated great listening skills and exemplary availability, whether for visits, appointments, or to discuss specific points related to the project. We particularly appreciated his integrity and honesty: when something was not right or deserved to be pointed out, he always informed us transparently. In addition to being very professional, Julien is a friendly, positive, and pleasant person, which makes the collaboration all the more enjoyable. We recommend him without any hesitation.

M. Bichsel knows the region in which he operates well, which is an important advantage. The sale required responsiveness, flexibility, and persistence. The finalization was well conducted. Communication was good throughout the process, and he was always available. Highly recommended without hesitation!

Precise support including a big helping hand for financing. Very professional.

Excellent service, high-end service. Sadry has always been attentive to my wishes to carry out the sale according to my desires. I highly recommend.

Laetitia is an outstanding agent. We had very tight deadlines, and she managed to sell the house in just a few weeks, at the price we wanted. If you need a professional, competent, human, and caring real estate agent, then Laetitia is the one for you. Thank you, Laetitia, beyond being a real estate agent, you have been a wonderful encounter!
