Käppeli Immobilien

Five stars with a full heart! Käppeli Immobilien sold our apartment in record time for the best price. What sets the team apart is the combination of genuine understanding of the market and a lot of passion. We were particularly impressed by the unique documentation – you rarely see such professionalism. Anyone looking for a realtor who not only sees numbers but also the people behind them is exactly right here. A heartfelt thank you to Nicole and Mischa for the fantastic work – from Daniela and Jan!

Mischa Käppeli greatly assisted our tax expert in connection with a property valuation. Through his expertise and clear statements, we were able to reduce the objection against the value set by the tax administration (property gain tax). The tax administration did not take local conditions into account sufficiently, which Mischa Käppeli "corrected" with his expertise. The tax reduction amounted to 81%! Thank you very much!

The collaboration with Mischa and Nicole Käppeli was absolutely fantastic! They took the time for preliminary discussions, I was able to hand over the entire sales process to them, and everything went smoothly. Just as I wish for as a client: to place an order and trust. And it was perfect, I had no effort and the two took care of everything. Thank you very much for your great work, I can highly recommend Käppeli Immobilien! 🎉
