From the first phone call, we were served very kindly and efficiently. Even a spontaneous viewing of the property was possible. The purchase could be processed quickly and easily. The notary appointment was also organized promptly by Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel. We can recommend Ms. Schönhofen-Knuchel's real estate office 100%. Thank you for the excellent support!

I reside in Sweden and had to sell my parents' house in Switzerland. I contacted Ms. Schönhofen from Sweden. Even the first contact was very positive. Ms. Schönhofen provided excellent support throughout the sales process; she is very professional, but also personal and empathetic, which I greatly appreciated. I am completely satisfied, and I can highly recommend Ms. Schönhofen!

Mr. Noah Schärer is not just a broker. When we decided to sell our property, it was clear that we would do so with Schärer Immobilien. This decision was the best we could make. The company Schärer Immobilien AG, particularly Mr. Schärer, impressed us not only with his impressive knowledge and competence but also approached us as sellers with exceptional empathy. Mr. Schärer was always there for us and was always one step ahead with all organizational matters. You could really feel how much value Mr. Schärer places on the well-being of the seller and their satisfaction. In other words, a comprehensive worry-free package. We can only warmly recommend Mr. Noah Schärer and his company to all property owners who wish to sell, appreciate, or evaluate their property. Anytime gladly again in every respect with Schärer Immobilien AG.

We are very satisfied to have had Mr. Vitali as our agent. He has advised us professionally, friendly, and helpfully from start to finish. He answered our questions in a way that we, as inexperienced laypeople, could still understand everything well. We can recommend Mr. Vitali both professionally and personally with the best conscience.
