Mrs. Batan is efficient, especially when a major problem arises... she remained available for over a year for both the buyer and the seller to resolve insurance issues and repair work. She has a talent for mediation when both parties feel wronged and need to find a solution without resorting to the courts. All while correctly assessing the compensations from one side to the other. We are now perfectly happy in our mountain chalet 🤗

I can only say good things about Mrs. Batan. She is a person with a big heart who fully invests herself for the person she is working with. Thanks to her and her great work, I was able to quickly find a buyer for my property. She always supported me and was always present until the complete end of the transaction, (which took time due to damage that occurred at the chalet).
