An excellent experience with Mr. Babilon for the sale of our house in Aubonne. Our case was relatively complex, as it involved separating part of the land before the sale could be completed. Mr. Babilon guided us through the entire process with great professionalism, availability and patience. His advice, knowledge of the local market and diligent follow-up allowed us to move forward with confidence at every stage. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Mr. Babilon and Engel & Völkers La Côte.

The journey has been long for the purchase of this property, and thanks to Mr. Babilon for his relevant and insightful advice, his patience, and his professionalism throughout.

I can only recommend Basile to anyone looking to sell their property. From our very first meeting, I had complete confidence in his expertise. All the advice he gave me turned out to be accurate and valuable, whether it was about setting the right selling price or knowing how to approach discussions with buyers. His support was impeccable from start to finish. The sale was concluded much more quickly than I would have imagined, with remarkable efficiency. Basile handled the viewings entirely on his own, which allowed me to experience this stage with a lot of peace of mind. Beyond his professionalism, I particularly appreciated his discretion, his listening skills, and his ability to always adopt the right tone. You can tell he practices his profession with passion, never being pushy, and always in the best interest of his clients. A huge thank you to Basile for his support. If I had to do it again, I would entrust him with my property without the slightest hesitation.

Basile Glauser was very responsive and showed great availability for visits. Friendly and warm contact.
