La signora Batan è efficace, soprattutto quando si presenta un grosso problema… è rimasta disponibile per oltre un anno per l'acquirente e il venditore al fine di risolvere i problemi di assicurazione e di lavori di riparazione. Ha un talento da mediatrice quando entrambe le parti si trovano danneggiate e bisogna trovare un accordo senza ricorrere alla giustizia. Valutando correttamente i risarcimenti da parte di entrambi. Siamo ora perfettamente felici nel nostro chalet in montagna 🤗
Je ne peux que dire du bien de Madame Batan. C est une personne avec un grand coeur qui s'investie complètement pour la personne avec qui elle travaille. Grâce à elle et son super travail, j'ai pu rapidement trouver un acheteur pour mon bien immobilier. Elle m'a toujours soutenue et a toujours été présente jusqu'à la fin complète de la transaction, (qui a pris du temps à cause d un dégât survenu au chalet). Elle s est occupée de tout et à toujours été présente pour moi. Vraiment je ne peux que vous conseiller Madame Batan, elle est vraiment top ! Un énorme merci à elle pour son super travail !
