I'm looking for a subtenant for my cozy 1-room apartment in Effretikon for June and July 2025.

• Excellent transport connections: the train station is a 5–10 minute walk away, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to Zurich
• Grocery stores (Coop, Migros, Denner) just a short walk away
• Quiet location with quick access to nature
• Bike garage in the basement

The rent is 998 CHF per month and includes all utilities.
