Volevo un appartamento nel Locarnese, ho visionato molti siti in internet finché ho incontrato il sig. Manoelli. Molto gentile e disponibile mi ha mostrato alcuni oggetti, devo dire che mi ha convinto subito e ho sottoscritto un contratto di compra-vendita nonostante il palazzo era ancora in costruzione. In luglio mi hanno consegnato l'appartamento, purtroppo con alcuni difetti e il signor Manoelli ha fatto da tramite con l'impresa così siamo arrivati ad una soluzione veloce.
