I had a pleasure to cooperate with Property Partners and specifically with the owner of the company Mr. Morris Kathrein and his senior leader Meher Fayad. We met in September and the properties were sold by mid December for the price higher than expected. Property Partners are very professional and not only fast in execution but, as well, they take a client through the process in a very welcoming way. You feel all the time properly taken care of and you do not need to worry about anything. In my case the prices were set up properly, and on the competitive side. (as I had comparison with other agencies estimates). I was explained how the sale will proceed. I was impressed with the advertising materials they produced for the properties. I do not live in Switzerland nor I speak German but the whole collaboration was managed in good English and I was receiving proper information, about the individual steps either I or they need to take to make the sale happen. Property Partners helped and managed the clearing of the apartments of old furniture and belongings which were not needed any more.
