As a US citizen, I was unaware of many of the legalities in selling our property and Lia patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process making it as simple as it could possible be. At any hiccup, she was there on my behalf. I felt completely taken care of with her responsiveness and commitment to making the sales transaction as seamless as possible.
