As our needs regarding living and leisure activities have changed, we are selling our spacious single-family house with a garden in Huttwil. The house was built in 1949. In 2017 and 2018, we carried out significant renovations in two stages to adapt the living space to our needs and improve energy efficiency.
The house has three floors. The basement contains a heating room, a large natural cellar, a heated room, a hallway/entrance area, a laundry room, an exit to the garden, and a seating area.

From spring to autumn, the warm days can be enjoyed on the upper, cozy terrace or at the lower seating area. For the green thumb, there are vegetable beds, fruit trees and shrubs, and flower beds. The partially historic rose varieties envelop the garden in a lovely fragrance in June/July.
The house includes an outdoor parking space, two garage boxes with an outdoor parking space in front of each.
The single-family house, in the midst of a very friendly and pleasant neighborhood, is ideally located, close to the center yet not in the midst of the action. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach shops, post office, banks, medical practices, restaurants, train station, primary school Städtli, secondary school Hofmatt, Ribimatte playground, and Huttwilberg.
