Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Riedgrabenweg

Apartment located in a very calm and green area. Züriberg forest is at 5 min walking distance which is very nice for a walk or a run. Coop and migros are also at walking distance. Tram 9 and buses are at the corner. Zurich HB is reachable within 15 min by bycicle (if you cycle fast ;)).
Cleanliness is a must for me, I would like to have a proper schedule for this :)
All is included in the utilities (water, internet, etc.) except for the electricity which is around 10 chf a month (bill arriving every 3 months).
About me, I'm a research software engineer working at ETH (30 years old, female). I'm very sporty (hiking, skiing, ski touring, bycicling) and enjoy social and art events. I really like to share a dinner with my flatmate but also like to have my own time. Come and visit!
