I am looking for a roommate starting from 01.07.2025

The apartment is about 90m2 and the WG room is 14m2. It has an automatic ventilation system and underfloor heating. A washing tower with washing machine & dryer is in the apartment.

We would live together in the apartment. I am M28 and will start my 2nd apprenticeship in August.

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Seebach train station (S6) and a 4-minute walk from the Felsenrainstrasse stop (Tram 14, Bus 768). The Oerlikon train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the main station by public transport in 20 minutes.
