Single room for rent - 8038 Zürich

In our beautiful house, the top floor with its own bathroom/WC is available. The room is about 28 sqm large. In addition to the room, a large hallway also belongs to your floor.
We are a family moving to the Engadin in summer (mid-August 25). My 18-year-old daughter will stay in a room on the first floor. My partner and I will also keep a room on the first floor. You will meet us about 1-2 times a week in the house. Either my partner or me, as we have two small children who are moving to the mountains with us.
We are in our mid-40s, usually found outdoors in nature, and we ride our bikes everywhere. Living with you will be my daughter, who lives there permanently and will introduce herself here.

I live on the floor below you and I’m looking forward to meeting you. I am an open and cheerful person, and it is important to me that we both feel comfortable living under one roof. That we both have enough space and room to pursue our lives. I like my peace and enjoy being by myself, but I also look forward to cooking together and having conversations from time to time. I am creative, spend a lot of time outdoors, usually with music in my ears. I dance a lot and enjoy being active. At the moment, I work at Cafe Boy and am curious to see where life will take me. Since there have always been cats in this house, your cat is also very welcome here.
Since there is "only" a bathtub in your own floor where you have to shower with your head down, you can of course also use the shower on the first floor.

General Info:
We share the open, very large, and newly renovated kitchen, the living/dining room, the terrace, and the beautiful garden. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
The house is a non-smoking house, and we look forward to a person who takes care of the house, enjoys the garden, and can imagine mowing and watering the lawn from time to time. If you feel like planting a few plants on the terrace, you are welcome to do so. :) We have a lockable bike box for your bike.

If you feel addressed by our somewhat unconventional lifestyle and the house, we are very much looking forward to meeting you! We wish for a cohabitation where nothing is a must, but much is possible. Age and gender do not matter.

The house is very centrally located. In five minutes you can walk to the tram, bus, Migros, and Coop. And the S-Bahn from Wollishofen station takes you everywhere. It’s a 10-minute walk to the lake. The Üetliberg is also in the immediate vicinity.
The price includes additional costs and internet. Cleaning lady will be shared.
