Single room for rent - 8037 Zürich

I'm a freelance publisher of Swiss and French nationality and currently working on a sci-fi book with many illustrations. Besides, I create art craft products for an international clientele. I live in Zurich-Wipkingen about 11 minutes away from Zurich main station by tramway 13. Due to my frequent absences, sometimes lasting several months I'm looking for somebody to take care of my apartment. I'm offering a sleeping place that is separated from my own bedroom. You would only have to look after my mail when I'm abroad. The monthly rent is 400 Swiss and includes all amenities such as fast wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bed 100x200 cm, a bookshelf, a big drawer and free laundry facilities. You will of course have the entire apartment for yourself when I'm not at home.
