Single room for rent - 8006 Zürich

We are looking for a roommate (m/f) for our shared apartment. The unfurnished room is in a beautiful, 110m^2 old building apartment in the heart of district 6. The Irchel University and the ETH (center) are about a 12-minute walk away. The room is 22m^2 and unfurnished, but we offer the bed and a chest of drawers if you are interested. Our apartment has its own washing machine and dryer right next to the entrance (see floor plan), we don't have another apartment above us and a large storage room in the attic for bikes, snowboard, skis, etc...

More about us: We are a 3-person shared apartment that values shared living, but also enjoys peace and quiet. We are 20 and 25, appreciate order, cleanliness and humor.
