Hi! My name is Fred, I'm 32 years old and I'm renting out a room in a two-person apartment in a great location. The flat is close to public transport, supermarkets, the post office, pharmacies, restaurants, barbershops, and much more.
The room will be available starting July 1st.
I'm looking for someone between 20 and 35 years old, who is financially stable and able to pay the rent on time every month.
It's important that you also take part in household chores and contribute to a positive and respectful atmosphere in the apartment through your presence and attitude.
