Cozy, large room in a beautiful and renovated old apartment in Wiedikon for subletting over the summer with the possibility of extension. Due to a planned trip, it is definitely available until the end of September 2025, likely extendable until the end of November 2025, possibly even longer.

You will share the apartment with two musicians. One person also works in a bar, the other as IT in a startup. In addition to the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, there is a piano and a large living room with a bar and dining table for shared use. We are looking for a tidy and careful person who appreciates beautiful furnishings. Fully furnished.

New, large kitchen with modern appliances (combination steamer, dishwasher) with city balcony. Renovated bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

Very centrally located. Public transport connections: 2 minutes by train to Zurich HB and with trams 9 and 14 as well as various bus lines quickly throughout the city. All shopping facilities within walking distance with opening hours until 9 PM.

Currently, there are renovation works taking place near the apartment. Noise may occur from Monday to Friday from about 7 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to about 4 PM. If staying in the apartment during these times on weekdays, please consider the increased noise emissions before applying.
