For rent: a furnished room in our spacious apartment in Zug with a lake view - tax favorable
The apartment is located in a prime spot on the hill behind the city of Zug, offering a view of Lake Zug. It features a large, bright living room and a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.
There are two toilets, a large bathroom, a washing machine, and built-in closets providing plenty of storage space. A bus goes to the train station every 15 minutes, and the bus stop is just 50 meters from the apartment entrance. There is also ample storage space in the basement.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all standard kitchen appliances, including a modern V-Zug oven (2 years old).
A highlight of the living room is a functioning fireplace (Cheminée) and a view of the lake.
We are looking for an open-minded roommate who values cleanliness and privacy.
Tax advantage: Another benefit is the low tax burden. Tax rates for 2025: Municipal tax rate at 52.11%, cantonal tax rate at 82%. Registration with the municipality for 2025 is possible.
Tenants who also lead an active professional lifestyle will be preferred (as there is only one shower).
