In our beautiful 3-person shared apartment in Zurich Altstetten, a room will become free on June 1, 2025 (earlier by arrangement) – and we are looking for a new roommate who fits well with us: relaxed, open-minded, and with a sense for a well-maintained togetherness.

About the apartment (130 m²):
🏡 Spacious, modern and equipped with everything your heart desires:

• Balcony with evening sun – perfect for relaxing after work 🌇
• Two bathrooms (shower & bathtub – no stress in the morning)
• Own laundry room (washing machine & dryer)
• Cleaning lady every two weeks + vacuum/mopping robot
• Large basement compartment with plenty of storage space
• Generally lots of space and storage in the apartment
• Costs: In addition to the rent of 1360 CHF, there are additional costs for the cleaning lady & household (approx. 100 CHF per month)

Top Location:
📍 Tram & bus right around the corner (Kappeli stop)
🚉 10 min. to Altstetten train station / 15 min. to main station
🏊‍♂️ Swimming pool, fitness, Coop, Denner & Letzipark within walking distance

Who we are:
👨‍💻 Gian (26) – Cloud Engineer, prefers being outdoors: Skiing, trail running, MTB, hiking. Loves the mountains, traveling and relaxed evenings with friends.
👨‍💻 Marius (27) – Software Engineer, technology enthusiast (drones, motorcycle, smart home), also likes to play games. Also from Graubünden – and sporty, at least in his head. 😄
We've known each other since university and are good friends. It's not a flat-share of convenience, but also not a 24/7 shared-apartment family – everyone has their own space. If it fits, we cook together, chill on the balcony or go skiing/hiking together.

How we live:
🍝 Sometimes we cook together or have a beer/gin, occasionally friends are over – all in a relaxed, respectful atmosphere.
🧼 Order and a conscious use of the shared space are important to us – but without excessive rules or a sterile atmosphere.

Who we are looking for:
An uncomplicated, reliable and open person who contributes to the shared apartment life considerately, pays attention to order – but above all fits in with us humanly.
Move-in date: by arrangement - but gladly from June 1, 2025.

What doesn't fit: Constant noise, daily overnight guests or chaos without consideration – we are generally on the quieter side.
