The apartment is fully furnished. You can take over the furniture in the offered room. Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower or bathtub.

There will be costs for the communal furniture, but at a fair price.

Since our roommate will be moving out in August, we are looking for a new roommate for the available room. We are Pamela, 31, and Adelina, 25, both working professionals. We love to play sports, be out and about, or just have a relaxing evening at home. Since we are both very busy and have to get up early in the morning, we are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle. Cleanliness and order are very important to us, and we wish for someone who feels the same. Ideally, you would be between 25 and 32 years old.
