Single room for rent - 3013 Bern

With a heavy heart, we (Elsa and Jan) have to part ways with our roommate Loïc. Therefore, we are looking for a new roommate from June 1st, 2025 for our shared flat.

Our modern, bright attic apartment in the Lorraine district, with a large green terrace, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, its own washing machine and dryer, a cellar and a parking space in the garage on request, is a true gem and offers plenty of space for sociable aperitifs, shared dinners or simply relaxing in a hammock and enjoying the sun.

We are both employed, adventurous, often out and about, sociable, outgoing, sometimes partying, sometimes travelling, sometimes together, sometimes each on our own. We celebrate the festivals as they come, we like to have guests, but mostly it's rather quiet and cozy at our place.

Your room measures approx. 5.6m x 2.7m (the exact dimensions can be found in the pictures) and is unfurnished. So you can let your creativity run free and even the heaviest furniture will be comfortably transported upstairs by our lift.
