About the district: near tram station "Burgernziel". Coop, Migros, a bakery, and a gas station are 5 minutes away on foot. In 10-12 minutes, you can reach Bern main station by public transport. Parking spaces are available (Blue Zone and large parking garage opposite). Bicycles can be parked for free.

THE APARTMENT: The apartment is on the 2nd floor (4-room apartment) and has an attic and two large storage rooms. (Storage space for your things). There is a large shared bathroom and a small separate toilet. The two available rooms are partially furnished and renovated. It is a very beautiful house with large, high rooms, some with parquet floors. On the same floor, there are a tumbler and washing machine (coin-operated). The shared kitchen is functional and clean. The apartment is not noisy. A great, small, planted balcony (evening sun) with a view and a large living room are available to all roommates. The neighbors are very nice. The rooms, including partial furnishings and internet, cost between 750.- and 850.- /month including utilities.

WHO AM I? I, a language teacher + tourism guide (early thirties, multilingual), would share the apartment with my girlfriend.

WHO ARE YOU? Ideally, you are young at heart and uncomplicated. Age does not matter. Attitude towards life also does not matter. The shared apartment is a free thinking space where all opinions + cooking nuances are accepted!
