Hello, I am an old, renovated gem looking for uncomplicated, open, and loving people who would like to live in me. I am located in the middle of Höngg, about 40 meters from the 30 km/h zone of my neighborhood street. I stand in a quiet, central, and sunny location. All important shops (Migros, Coop, Denner, Al Natura, pharmacy, drugstore, etc.) are within 1-2 minutes walking distance. Stops for: Tram 13/ Bus 46/ Bus 80 are a minute away on foot (to HB 20/15 min). It takes you between 5 & 10 minutes to get to the Limmat (Werdinseli) or into the forest (Hönggerberg --> jogging/ ETH). A pavilion serves as a bike storage. Unfortunately, I lack space for cars or motorcycles. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and rooms. You only need to bring your laundry. For chilling, I have a large terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. The large dining table is our meeting point in the house. I love cooking or eating together. However, I do not like parties! If you want your peace, you can simply retreat to your room. We all in the house take care of cleanliness and order. We also separate our waste (the disposal point is a minute away on foot).
