From July 1, 2025, a 13sqm WG room will be available in our apartment.

The apartment is ideally located between Albisriederplatz and Lochergut in the popular Zurich district 4. The room will be rented temporarily until the end of December 2025 and is unfurnished - individual pieces of furniture can be taken over if interested. You would live with two working flatmates (m and f, both in their mid-20s). The apartment is generously sized and features:

• a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher),
• a living room with dining area,
• two bathrooms,
• Wi-Fi,
• as well as laundry facilities in the basement.

The location offers numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and leisure activities all within walking distance. The tram stops Albisriederplatz and Lochergut are just a few steps away, and the main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes.
