The apartment was renovated a few years ago and has 2 balconies, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a cellar and attic compartment and two laundry rooms for shared use. The room is 12.2m2 and is rented unfurnished. The apartment is located in the middle of 2 tram lines (7,8), which provides very regular connections to the city. By tram you are in Bern in about 10 minutes, by train in about 5 minutes. Within a radius of 2km there is a Migros, Coop, Lidl, a pharmacy and Pizzeria Dieci.
