From 01.11.2025 or by arrangement, we are renting a cozy single-family house with a lot of character and a homely atmosphere in the beautiful Bündner Herrschaft.
The house offers a friendly atmosphere, natural wood details, and a modern kitchen with a combi-steamer. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the bus stop, shopping facilities (including post office), and various restaurants within a few minutes on foot. The attractive tax rate of the region also speaks for itself.
The advertised rent is the net rent. The ancillary costs are charged directly to the tenant depending on consumption.
Note regarding the upcoming construction site:
Next door, a multi-family house is being built. Therefore, certain restrictions are to be expected during the construction period. In return, the rent has already been reduced. After completion, the net rent will increase by about CHF 300.00. In addition, a connection of the single-family house to the new heating system is planned (currently heating via wood and electric stoves).
Parking:
During the construction phase, 1-2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. After completion, parking spaces can be rented in the new parking garage.

Location and area
The wine-growing village of Fläsch is the northernmost municipality of the Bündner Herrschaft and borders the canton of St. Gallen and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The village is located at the foot of the Fläscherberg, away from the major thoroughfares. In a good southern location, excellent grapes grow on the debris cones of the mountain. The "oldest Fläscher", the Föhn, ensures optimal ripening in autumn. 16 wine-growing businesses cultivate 48 hectares of vineyard and produce their own wines from it. On municipal territory, behind the Regitzerspitz (1135 m above sea level) is the crossing over the Luzisteig and also the 2599 m high Grauspitz in the Falknis massif. The Fläscher Alps are also located there.
