We are looking for a new tenant by June 30, 2025 or earlier by arrangement to take over our existing lease.
Furnishing bonus: If interested, we will gift 90% of the high-quality office furnishings. Technical advantage: The existing fiber optic cabling (new value approx. CHF 15,000) remains free in the property.
Important note: Even with a later move-out, the management will take care of the complete restoration of the premises – there are no restoration costs for the new tenant.
