My apartment is officially unlimited, unofficially the settlement will be demolished by March 2025. However, there may already be objections, postponements of the demolition, etc. before that... this risk unfortunately exists. Therefore, I am looking for a new home. There is also the possibility to move into the new building, which will certainly cost more.
