Apartment for rent - 8050 Zürich

(Provider ID: 247457) Dear community, I live in a beautiful 2-room apartment in Zurich Oerlikon (old building, renovation around 2005) with 70sqm and balcony as well as a large cellar and attic. Many blue zone parking spaces available as well as underground parking for 110CHF per month (E-charging stations available). Subletting approved by the property management. Current rent 1390CHF. I am looking to exchange for a similar apartment in Wollishofen/Enge/Kilchberg up to a maximum of 2400CHF preferably with lake view or shared roof terrace. Blue zone spaces should be available. Underground parking with electric charging station is great. I am of course aware that there are few matches for this exchange, but if someone is looking for a cheaper apartment/needs a cheaper apartment due to separation, it might be an option.
