Since the apartment is too big for me alone, I would like to exchange it for a smaller one, ideally 1–2 rooms, preferably in Wipkingen, Zurich, or a well-connected location. Location: The apartment is situated on a quiet side street in Hönggerberg (District 10), with a view of Zurich and close to forested areas for recreation. Migros, Alnatura, and public transport are just a few minutes' walk away. It's perfect for enjoying city life while also spending relaxed evenings at home. The Apartment: Large windows ensure that the apartment is filled with natural light. The kitchen, living room, hallway, and office are all very spacious. A washing machine with a laundry schedule and a drying room are located in the basement. What I'm Looking For: I'm seeking a smaller apartment (1–2 rooms) that better suits my needs, preferably in Zurich with good transport connections or in the Wipkingen area.
