Apartment for rent - 8008 Zürich

We are renting out our beloved 3.5 room apartment in Seefeld starting from July 2025 due to an overseas stay. The location is quiet and within a 5-minute walk to the lake, well connected to the city center and to the Tiefenbrunnen and Stadelhofen train stations. The rental start would be July 1, 2025, but it is also possible to start a bit earlier. We plan to be abroad for 2 years for work, hence this is the offered period or 1 year with an option to extend or take over.
