1st floor, 2 balconies, wooden tiles, quiet family neighborhood, 5 minutes on foot to Schaffhauserplatz and Irchel, 10 minutes to the main station.

A nice outdoor area for personal design with a stone oven is available for (shared) use (which no one else uses besides us ;)).

The atmosphere in the house is very relaxed, washing is uncomplicated.

We are looking for a larger apartment/house/part of a house with at least 4.5 rooms and very much prefer one with a garden for our little rascal. :)
