We are extremely happy with our beautiful, super central, and affordable 3-room old apartment (30 seconds from tram
Kronenstrasse, with tram 4' to HB). It is perfect for a couple. We are looking for a comparable but at least 3.5 room apartment. We are interested in an apartment in the region (preferably still Kreis 6, but we are of course flexible with something sympathetic (surrounding circles), it just shouldn't be too far out). Perhaps there is someone who would prefer to live a bit more centrally and is willing to sacrifice a bit of space for it. If something like that were to arise, it would be great.


Despite the super central location, it is very quiet, so you can even sleep with the window open. The neighbors are super uncomplicated and respectful. The washing machine is in the basement and due to the apartment being on the raised ground floor, it is optimal. We do not have a strict washing schedule; if it is free, you can wash. It works great.
We have also installed a dishwasher in the kitchen this year at our own expense. Cooking is with gas, very precise, and a great experience. The management is also pleasant. We do not have a balcony, but we have never missed it due to the central location.
