This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 306462) The beautiful apartment is located very centrally between the Stauffacher and Werd stops. Although located directly on a one-way street, the street traffic is not too loud and the neighborhood is super friendly and cozy. But important: the apartment is directly opposite a Catholic church, which means the bell ringing is very present. The windows are well insulated and the church bell is turned off overnight for 6 hours, however, I would not recommend the apartment to noise-sensitive people/sleepers. The bedroom and living room have a passage and can thus be accessed from two sides. From the living room, you can access the 8-meter long and 1-meter wide balcony, which has morning sun. The living room/bedroom side is very bright and flooded with light. The kitchen has another small balcony facing the courtyard. The bathroom has a small tilt window and a bathtub. The hot water is heated by a boiler system. The washing machine is in the attic and is shared with the neighbors, which works quite uncomplicated without a washing plan. Important: The kitchen will be renovated in summer 2026, after which the rent is expected to increase by CHF 300.- (maximum, possibly a bit lower). We are looking to swap for a larger apartment, preferably in districts: 3,4,5,6, from 3 rooms, pets must be allowed (we have 2 cats).
