The balcony is 29m² and offers a lot of space for both a lounge and dining area, etc. You have a beautiful view from Üetliberg to Höngg towards the east, with plenty of sun (in summer from approx. 12-20 o'clock). The balcony is also located on the Triemli footpath, and therefore very quiet; apart from the ambulances rushing to Triemli, you don't hear any street noise.I've grown very fond of the apartment; it's not directly in the thick of things, but by bike you're still very quickly at the most important places. Coop im Gut and Migros Heuried are within 5 minutes' walk. It is quiet, well insulated (new windows and balconies 2.5 years ago) and the green view is enormously relaxing.
