This important historic building, inhabited, used and owned by the well-known family/company "AUDEMARS", maintains this significant and relevant name.
The building where the house is located is a cultural asset of the city of Lugano, a classified building built in 1948 by the "father" of Ticino modern architecture, Rino Tami. Like the Lugano Library and also the San Gottardo Portal, it was built by Rino Tami.
The house has been carefully renovated down to the smallest detail. The quality of the execution has been highlighted, respecting and preserving much of the original construction. An example of all are the old terracotta tiles, kept to preserve the uniqueness of these timeless materials that never lose their charm!
The lighting in the common areas is in line with history.
