Apartment for rent - 1004 Lausanne

I am looking for my future "nest", a 3-room apartment in Lausanne or nearby, well served by public transport, ideally with a balcony or terrace, to move in from September 2025.
No shared accommodation.

I live alone (a small cat will join me later). I have finally found a permanent position starting in July and I am now looking to find a real stability in long-term housing that I can call home.

My budget is a maximum of 1800 CHF including charges.
I do not have a guarantor and I must mention that I have ongoing legal proceedings, but I am in the process of rebuilding myself solidly.

I am a reliable, calm, and respectful person, who aspires to tranquility and a trusting relationship with my future landlord.
