We are completely satisfied with Rosenast Immobilien and can recommend them with a clear conscience. The collaboration was very pleasant, professional, and straightforward from the very beginning. Whenever we had questions, we were always helped in a friendly and competent manner, and we felt well taken care of at all times. We particularly appreciate the reliable, personal, and likable approach. You can tell that a lot of commitment and heart is put into the work here. Thank you very much for the great collaboration and the excellent support. We would choose Rosenast Immobilien again at any time and can recommend them without reservation.
From the viewing to the signing of the purchase contract - top competent and pleasant support from Mr. Guntli. My absolute recommendation. Thank you very much and please keep it up! 👏
We sold our property through Peter and Nadine and are completely convinced by the entire process. From the first conversation to the final transfer, everything went smoothly. The many valuable tips and the expertise that was provided to us throughout the entire process were particularly helpful. We took advantage of the complete service and therefore did not have to worry about viewings or organizational tasks. Everything was handled reliably, transparently, and with great commitment. You can feel that Peter and Nadine work with a lot of passion, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. We felt well taken care of at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend both of them.
From the first contact through the listing and presentation of the buyers to the closing of the deal, everything was to our complete satisfaction and can be recommended without reservation. Thank you to Mr. Wälle and the team for the great work.
Mr. Kälin was always punctual and was able to answer all questions on the respective topics. He was well prepared and had all the necessary information and documents at hand. Mr. Kälin is well connected and was able to effectively mediate with the required craftsmen. I was well taken care of in all matters.
