About

From the first contact through the listing and presentation of the buyers to the closing of the deal, everything was to our complete satisfaction and can be recommended without reservation. Thank you to Mr. Wälle and the team for the great work.
Sales order signed at the beginning of August, a week later already the success report (thanks to Zwerit's excellent relationships) and already at the beginning of October the sale took place and shortly thereafter the settlement and conclusion of the sale. Super!!! Everything happened in pleasant conversations, with great knowledge and a friendly counterpart. I can only highly recommend this partner for real estate transactions (purchase, sale, but also consultations, etc.). THANK YOU for your efforts.
Competent and professional support from A to Z Very quick guidance through the entire process. Fast response times to emails and good phone accessibility. Great job - I can only recommend it! Thank you very much
We had a very good experience with Ralf and with Zwerit. We were specifically guided to our beautiful new home. We greatly appreciated the openness and realistic assessments of our options. Thanks to the competent advice and support from Zwerit, the purchase of the house was made possible, for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend Zwerit Immo and wish for many more great properties and happy buyers and sellers. Thank you.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Ralf Wälle Zwingli. Throughout the entire purchasing process, we felt competently, honestly, and very dedicatedly accompanied at all times. I particularly appreciated his excellent availability, transparent communication, and his calm, solution-oriented manner. Questions were answered quickly and understandably, appointments were reliably kept, and even complex topics were explained clearly. One always sensed that the focus was not on a quick closing, but on a sustainable and fair solution. Thanks to his high level of expertise, local market knowledge, and personal commitment, the entire purchasing process was very pleasant and trustworthy. Anyone looking for a real estate expert who combines professionalism with humanity is in the best hands with Ralf Wälle Zwingli.
