I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.
