The sale of my property with Yves Gerber was a few years ago, but I remember him as reliable and pleasant to work with. Everything went smoothly and without unnecessary effort. I can definitely recommend him.
We commissioned Ms. Lüthi with the sale of our chalet in Davos and were very satisfied with the collaboration. We particularly appreciated her discreet working style, the professional marketing, and the honest advice. You quickly notice that she knows the local market and places great value on quality. The entire sales process was pleasant, transparent, and characterized by trust. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Lüthi.
We handled the purchase of our property with Mr. Wiederkehr and felt very well supported throughout the entire process. We particularly appreciated his calm, factual manner as well as the transparent communication. He was always easily reachable, answered our questions clearly, and gave us enough time for our decisions – without pressure, but with clear structure. His professionalism was also evident in the processing: documents were complete, appointments well organized, and the entire process felt well thought out and reliable. Overall, a very pleasant collaboration that builds trust – exactly what one hopes for when buying real estate.
I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.
Very professional and warm. Clarifications were made very quickly and needs were always handled with care and a solution-oriented approach. We could count on Nadja and Francesco at any time and felt very comfortable. Thank you very much, Nadja and Francesco
The N47 Real Estate team provided me with excellent advice and support in the sale of land in Davos. I can highly recommend the team.
