Real Estate Agents in Märstetten

Many thanks for all your support and expertise on this smooth transaction. You found the right buyer at the right time. I will recommend your name to any friends willing to sell or buy. Feel free to call me at anytime if there is any issue with the payment. Best regards, Fernando.

Mr. Kälin was always punctual and was able to answer all questions on the respective topics. He was well prepared and had all the necessary information and documents at hand. Mr. Kälin is well connected and was able to effectively mediate with the required craftsmen. I was well taken care of in all matters.

We sold our property through Peter and Nadine and are completely convinced by the entire process. From the first conversation to the final transfer, everything went smoothly. The many valuable tips and the expertise that was provided to us throughout the entire process were particularly helpful. We took advantage of the complete service and therefore did not have to worry about viewings or organizational tasks. Everything was handled reliably, transparently, and with great commitment. You can feel that Peter and Nadine work with a lot of passion, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. We felt well taken care of at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend both of them.

It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions. For any meeting she was in time i.e. independent of day and time. We can definitly recommend the agent and Carmen Pungillo as partner when land and or real estate will be an issue for a buyer or seller.

The collaboration with Quartett Immobilien and Ms. Gojani is always courteous and efficient. I greatly appreciate this!

We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did. So, from both of us” Helen, thank you very much for all your good work.

When I decided to move to St. Gallen due to my new partnership and sell my dream apartment in Teufen, I was warmly recommended bbr Real Estate & Relocation AG. Already after the first conversation with Helen Bögle and Claudia Taumberger-Baumer, I felt well taken care of. Claudia Taumberger-Baumer personally handled the process. With a very nice sales documentation, her realistic market assessment, her excellent network, her professional manner, and her open, friendly communication, she found suitable buyers in a very short time. What I especially appreciated was that she provided me with excellent support until the completion of the sale and found buyers who will love the apartment as much as I do. Thank you very much!
