Real Estate Agents in Comunanza Capriasca/Lugano

Very professional and pleasant collaboration. The entire purchasing process was competently supported, questions were answered quickly, and communication was always friendly and transparent. I particularly appreciated the good accessibility as well as the flexible organization of the viewings. Absolutely recommendable.

Simone Perez is a very kind and helpful person. Thank you. However, my key has not yet been returned to me.

Davide Zanchin was a very attentive person to our needs, giving us very useful advice for the sale of our property. With him, a good rapport was established right away, with his kindness and expertise, and he was always available for any information requested at any time. An agent I highly recommend. Thank you, Davide!

I recently sold a property in Lugano and the impression was excellent from the very first moment. True professionals who carry out their work in a professional, timely manner and are always ready in case of need. A special thanks to Dylan and Fabio who supported me throughout the negotiation. If the opportunity arises again, I will turn to them without hesitation. Thank you again.

Lidia guided us optimally in the sale of a typical Ticinese house, dating back to the beginning of the last century. She was able to grasp the emotional value we had towards the house and, with the utmost empathy, supported us in the best way possible. Lidia's efficiency and professionalism, as well as that of the Metropolis team, are exemplary; in a short time, Lidia identified the perfect buyer for our property, and within just over a couple of months from the first meeting, we were able to conclude the sale. We highly recommend entrusting Metropolis Real Estate and Lidia.

Professionalism, availability, and infinite patience. I couldn't have ended up in better hands.
